It's "a bit of a walk to the famous Beale Street" but that's no reason to sing the blues over this hotel, since the trolley that takes you there "stops right in front"; business travelers tout its "connection to the convention center", and all appreciate "attractive" rooms, a "courteous and accommodating" staff and the pleasant "sitting areas" in the lobby with "glass elevators providing an excellent view of Downtown Memphis"; the only regret: "extra fees for parking, Internet and such."

Location and price. Right on target.
Parking was more expensive than it needed to be.
A great bargain for the money. Nice pool, jacuzzi, fitness facilities. Big bathrooms and good beds. Well worth the price.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.

My wife had left our camera in our room, we were going to Tunica to gamble and then go back to Pekin, IL. She called and the staff there was awesome in finding and holding our camera, they took the time to make several calls, and greeted us at the door with the camera! The view and the staff was friendly and trolley convenient.
